We begin seated facing one another with a simple relaxation exercise and preparatory ritual "Entering Samadhi Through Blissful Eye Gaze." You'll be gently guided and prepared for deepening your self-awareness and skills for profound relaxation and circulation of your vital energy, with special Tantric yoga techniques that will I show you at this beginning part of your journey. This is a time to connect profoundly with me as the Goddess through your eyes and your heart.

Your Massage ensues long and deep Swedish and Ayurvedic strokes, Thai style body-to-body and barefoot Shiatsu, as well as with feathery light strokes for the maximum sensual full-body experience, allowing the Kundalini (life-force "Chi") to spread and revitalize your Chakra energy centers. Polarity therapy is used to connect the Genital Chakra with the Heart Chakra. Hot-Stone therapy is always available, deeply relaxing and very helpful to those with chronic stress or pain. Personalized aromatherapy concludes each session.

I will coach your breathing and guide you in a gentle new understanding of ancient Tantric Yoga techniques incorporating breath ("pranayama") and muscle-contracting exercises ("mulabhanda") which are essential practices for supporting male or female sexual health, potency, vibrancy, and expanding life-force and ecstatic energy throughout the body. As you melt into higher awareness of your body, you will feel an increase in stamina and centeredness, rejuvenating your internal fire and giving you a profound sense of self-awareness and well-being.

These practices of awareness awaken a unique sense of Self, of transcendental bliss, satisfying your yearnings and transporting you to an experience of your true ecstatic nature.
